KCTD15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD15-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORA79, BRD9P1, and RNA5SP158. Each is linked with KCTD15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD15-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORA79 grouped by KCTD15-low versus KCTD15-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD15→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
