KCTD15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD15-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, ASNS, and eEF2. Each is linked with KCTD15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD15-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by KCTD15-low versus KCTD15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD15→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
