Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KCTD13 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KCTD13 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher KCTD13 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KCTD13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and COAD are the cancer types where KCTD13 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
