KCTD12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCTD12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,080 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Translational elongation, Negative regulation of type I interferon-mediated signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with KCTD12 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD12-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Translational elongation grouped by KCTD12-low versus KCTD12-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD12→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
