KCTD11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCTD11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,035 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLSCR3, ZBTB4, and ACAP1. Each is linked with KCTD11 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD11-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
