Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with KCTD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD1-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD1 results are reported.
