Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KCP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KCP data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher KCP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KCP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ, UCEC, and ACC are the cancer types where KCP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
