KCP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,360 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are YTHDC2, MIR769, and ZNF652. Each is linked with KCP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCP-to-partner and partner-to-KCP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YTHDC2 grouped by KCP-low versus KCP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
