KCP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, VEGFR2, and ATM. Each is linked with KCP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCP-to-partner and partner-to-KCP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by KCP-low versus KCP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
