Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,820 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hippocampal neuron apoptotic process, Negative regulation of hippocampal neuron apoptotic process, and Regulation of Rho protein signal transduction. Each is linked with KCP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCP-to-partner and partner-to-KCP results are reported.
