KCNS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,044 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PFN1, SCFD1, and VCAN_S1351. Each is linked with KCNS3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNS3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNS3 versus PFN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
