KCNS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,245 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL35AP37, RNU6-1140P, and UBE2V2P1. Each is linked with KCNS3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNS3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL35AP37 grouped by KCNS3-low versus KCNS3-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
