KCNS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 144 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL2, PRAMEF10, and OR1D4. Each is linked with KCNS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNS2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL2 grouped by KCNS2-low versus KCNS2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
