KCNS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 851 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOCT, CXXC1, and SKA1. Each is linked with KCNS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNS1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOCT grouped by KCNS1-low versus KCNS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
