KCNS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 550 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMCO2, CCR8, and OR6C70. Each is linked with KCNS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNS1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMCO2 grouped by KCNS1-low versus KCNS1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
