KCNQ2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNQ2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,306 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNQ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00458, NHLRC1, and ZNF423. Each is linked with KCNQ2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNQ2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNQ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC00458 grouped by KCNQ2-low versus KCNQ2-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNQ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNQ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
