KCNQ2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNQ2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNQ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, ATM, and eIF4E. Each is linked with KCNQ2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNQ2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNQ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by KCNQ2-low versus KCNQ2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNQ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNQ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
