KCNQ2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNQ2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 376 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNQ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY10, H2AZ1, and PROP1. Each is linked with KCNQ2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNQ2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNQ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY10 grouped by KCNQ2-low versus KCNQ2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNQ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNQ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
