KCNQ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNQ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,973 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNQ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA1191, DYNLL1P3, and DAD1. Each is linked with KCNQ1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNQ1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNQ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIAA1191 grouped by KCNQ1-low versus KCNQ1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNQ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNQ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
