KCNQ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNQ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNQ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CABS1, RXFP2, and LORICRIN. Each is linked with KCNQ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNQ1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNQ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CABS1 grouped by KCNQ1-low versus KCNQ1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNQ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNQ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
