KCNN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,499 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMTM7, ADAM8, and VASP. Each is linked with KCNN4 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNN4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNN4 versus CMTM7 in LIHC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
