KCNN4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,713 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSS3, LINC00342, and CEACAM1. Each is linked with KCNN4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNN4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNN4 versus ACSS3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
