KCNN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,411 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSXP9, RNU6-43P, and RNU6-222P. Each is linked with KCNN4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNN4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSXP9 grouped by KCNN4-low versus KCNN4-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
