Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KCNN3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KCNN3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher KCNN3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KCNN3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and READ are the cancer types where KCNN3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
