KCNN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,287 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, COL15A1, and ANK2. Each is linked with KCNN3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNN3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNN3 versus CNRIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
