KCNN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,942 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are WWC1, P3H1, and ALDH4A1. Each is linked with KCNN3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNN3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNN3 versus WWC1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
