KCNN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNN3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARP_cleaved, 14-3-3_beta, and p70-S6K. Each is linked with KCNN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNN3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PARP_cleaved grouped by KCNN3-low versus KCNN3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
