KCNN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, ERK2, and Bax. Each is linked with KCNN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNN1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by KCNN1-low versus KCNN1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
