Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNMB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,309 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNMB3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with KCNMB3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNMB3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNMB3 results are reported.
