KCNMA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNMA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,515 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNMA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNMA1-AS3, KCNMA1-AS1, and LILRA4. Each is linked with KCNMA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNMA1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNMA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNMA1 versus KCNMA1-AS3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
