Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNMA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,764 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNMA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Micturition, Response to carbon monoxide, and Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization. Each is linked with KCNMA1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNMA1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNMA1 results are reported.
