KCNK9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNK9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,336 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNK9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTH1R, CENPN, and TLCD3A. Each is linked with KCNK9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK9-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTH1R grouped by KCNK9-low versus KCNK9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNK9→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNK9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
