KCNK6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNK6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 167 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC75P1, RNU4-27P, and KSR1P1. Each is linked with KCNK6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK6-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC75P1 grouped by KCNK6-low versus KCNK6-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
