KCNK5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNK5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER2_pY1248, Caspase-8, and MSH2. Each is linked with KCNK5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK5-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER2_pY1248 grouped by KCNK5-low versus KCNK5-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
