The most reproducible KCNK3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of action potential firing rate, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with KCNK3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK3 results are reported.
