KCNK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,867 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CARS1, MIR548B, and CCL4. Each is linked with KCNK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CARS1 grouped by KCNK2-low versus KCNK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
