Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNK17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,598 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCNK17-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-2, KLHL23, and RFKP1. Each is linked with KCNK17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK17-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-2 grouped by KCNK17-low versus KCNK17-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNK17→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNK17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
