Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNK13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNK13-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, PCNA, and STAT5a. Each is linked with KCNK13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK13-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK13 results are reported.
