Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNK13 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCNK13-associated genes across cancer lineages are NU7441, BPTES, and AZD6738. Each is linked with KCNK13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK13-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NU7441 grouped by KCNK13-low versus KCNK13-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNK13→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNK13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
