KCNK10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNK10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,441 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNK10-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLGAP5, SPC24, and LRR1. Each is linked with KCNK10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK10-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DLGAP5 grouped by KCNK10-low versus KCNK10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNK10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNK10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
