The most reproducible KCNK10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to arachidonate, Regulation of somitogenesis, and Calcium-independent cell-cell adhesion. Each is linked with KCNK10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK10-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK10 results are reported.
