KCNJ8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNJ8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,502 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRC1, MFN2, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with KCNJ8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ8-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRC1 grouped by KCNJ8-low versus KCNJ8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNJ8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNJ8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
