KCNJ6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNJ6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTP3, UCMA, and APCS. Each is linked with KCNJ6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ6-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RTP3 grouped by KCNJ6-low versus KCNJ6-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNJ6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNJ6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
