KCNJ2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNJ2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Cyclin-B1, and YAP. Each is linked with KCNJ2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by KCNJ2-low versus KCNJ2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNJ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNJ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
