KCNJ15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNJ15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 562 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL18, PEF1, and KIFBP. Each is linked with KCNJ15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ15-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL18 grouped by KCNJ15-low versus KCNJ15-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNJ15→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNJ15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
