KCNJ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNJ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,965 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT5, FBXO7, and RNU6-626P. Each is linked with KCNJ1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCT5 grouped by KCNJ1-low versus KCNJ1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNJ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNJ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
