KCNIP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNIP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,470 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNIP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAV1_S90, UCHL1, and GRIP1_S43. Each is linked with KCNIP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNIP3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNIP3 versus NAV1_S90 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
