KCNIP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNIP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,048 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNIP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SULT4A1, ELFN2, and GINS3. Each is linked with KCNIP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNIP3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNIP3 versus SULT4A1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
