KCNIP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNIP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNIP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with KCNIP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNIP3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by KCNIP3-low versus KCNIP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
