KCNH6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNH6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,654 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNH6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, Response to epidermal growth factor, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with KCNH6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNH6-to-partner and partner-to-KCNH6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay grouped by KCNH6-low versus KCNH6-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNH6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNH6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
